Nigerian
celebrity blogger Linda Ikeji, turns 34 today and on the morning of her
birthday, the celebrant took to her blog to wish herself a happy
birthday and also sent birthday wishes to everyone born on September
19th.
“Today, I turn 34. I feel so ancient… Lol. Happy birthday to me and every one else born today September 19th. May God continue to keep us, guide us and protect us. Love to you, you and you! And thank you so so much (in advance) for all the lovely birthday wishes… *kisses*,” Ikeji said.
Just days ago, on her blog she posted pictures of her car, a brand new N24 million 2014 Range Rover Sport Supercharged as a birthday gift for herself.
She was also excited that her father granted her not only permission but his blessings.
“Yay! My dad finally gave me permission to buy the 2014 Range Rover and I’m beyond happy. I’ve wanted this car for so long but he was against me buying it. But it’s my birthday this Friday and he finally agreed that I could buy it for myself as a birthday present,” she had said.
Now, funny thing, some of her fans were not happy with her. A good number of them expressed their views by saying she was a showoff and there was no need to post the pictures. Some even took to Twitter to express their displeasure, calling her proud.
This hasn’t fazed her, though. Linda Ikeji still pushes on and has no idea to stop anytime soon. Blogging is her life and she can’t see herself doing anything else.
She has done well for herself and fought all odds as a blogger, and we are using this medium to wish her a Happy Birthday.
